We did a full oil to natural gas conversion using Laury Services. They got us excellent available rebates and installed everything quickly. Our house is quiet, clean, and energy efficient now thanks to Dave and his crew!
On one of the coldest days this area has seen in more than 20 years, I noticed my heater was not working. The thermostat in the house started to read below 65 degrees and I immediately panicked for my elderly grandmother. I called my neighbors across the street and the guys tried but were unable to get the pilot lit. They also noticed the hot water heater was leaking. YIKES!!! It was getting later in the day and bringing colder air. I pulled out the phone book and saw Laury Heating and Plumbing. The receptionist gathered my information and a serviceman quickly responded. John came in and confirmed I would need a new heater and hot water heater. He made a phone call to a salesman and assured me I would be contacted ASAP. I put another comforter on my grandmother and plugged in two small electric heaters I had on hand. Not long later Frank showed up, wrote up a contract and said hopefully tomorrow morning we can have you up and running. I was coming down with the flu and sleeping that night was difficult. The phone rang at 7:45am. It was Frank and I smiled for the first time when he assured me the servicemen would be here shortly. He said there were a lot of people without heat and I would be first on the list. As promised the crew showed up at 9:00am. I led them to the basement, asked if they needed anything, they said no. I dug back down under the covers and accept for a few bangs, a thermostat installation and adjustment I had no idea the men were even down there. My heat and hot water was back on by 1:00pm. Now that is what I call top #1 service and I can’t thank you enough. Mr. Laury you can be proud to know this company you have built over the years will be recommended every chance I get. When asked by my neighbors how did I make out. I replied ‘I am a very satisfied customer and I will be happy to give you their number.’ Thank You again.
One thing no one can complain about your company, and that is the service. You people really do a great job….from the receptionist to the service people. Thanks so much for being there for your customers. It is deeply appreciated.
I just got a major job performed by your company, I’ve owned many homes and had many contractors do work for me but none even come close to your company and the men that work for you! The workers were neat, respectful, knowledgeable hard workers, and they had no problem with doing the installs in the order that we required due to my health reasons. Dear John: Thank you and your staff for installing and following up on my new heating system. The White-Rodgers thermostat functions exactly according to my needs. It seems to be of a sturdy quality. The White-Rodgers thermostat shows setting as well as room temperature. Of course we have had warm weather, but I see that there is a humidifier in this system. I hear water doing down the drain. This seems to make rooms more comfortable at a lower temperature setting. I will tell my friends how good Laury Services has been. Thank you!

These two men were a pleasure to have work in my home. They were respectful both of me and my property, they worked diligently and continuously from the time they arrived until the day was done. They arrived when they said they would, they cleaned up and most important, the new system works wonderfully. Ralph even came to my house on a Saturday to finish the job so I would not be without heat over the weekend. I really appreciated that effort and concern on his part. Wednesday and Thursday of this week our air conditioner coil was replaced. My wife and I appreciate the time and coordination that all of you have done to ensure that this was repaired before the heat and humidity arrive. Although this was a warranty replacement, your company and employees went the extra step taking the time needed and supplying materials for the additional ductwork to retrofit the new coil. This was necessary to ensure maximum HVAC efficiency. Additionally our sincere thanks to Danny, Chuck, Barry, Nick and Carlos. Danny did the initial diagnosis; Chuck and Barry determined the coil size and necessary materials for duct retrofitting. Carlos and Nick did an outstanding job installing the new evaporator coil and duct tie ins. Everything was completed in a timely and efficient manner, your company is fortunate to have such excellent technicians. We have always been extremely satisfied with Laury Services’s commitment to us as customers and will continue to highly recommend you to everyone. Your service has always been excellent.
