1) Your technicians do a great job whenever they are here. I have used Laury for over 25 years. The issue is scheduling department.. I had a yearly heater checkup scheduled 6 weeks prior, had a heater issue on a Sunday which was fixed but needed a part ordered. Part was going to be installed at the same time heater check up and the scheduling department called and said the part would be installed the following day but they had no idea about the furnace checkup..so I said they can come when they install the part…well, the technician showed up anyway to do the check up which he didn’t know was switched to the following day.2) Also, if a company advertises they have emergency service, it should be 24 hrs and not just between certain times.

Laury Heating's Stan S. did a fine job of getting our WaterFurnace heating/cooling system ready for the cold winter! In addition to the normal winter season maintenance he found and replaced an aging capacitor in our 15 year old geothermal heat pump and also did some testing on the air handler up in our attic (and gave good advice about when to replace the filter!). We've been using Laury for about a year and a half, had a good experience with them. Good geothermal ground sourced heat pump service is hard to find. We will definitely keep using them in the future.

I was very pleased with the service on my heating system. The excellent technician, Joshua, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions. He was extremely helpful in addressing the problem I was having with the remote that operates my ductless split system. I was impressed that he took time to contact one of the technicians in order to get suggestions as to how to get the remote to work correctly. Joshua was friendly, professional, thorough in his work and was determined to solve the problem with the remote. He even indicated that he would be putting in a work order so that another technician, Tyler, could stop by to work with the remote. However, upon follow-up call to me from Laury, it was not necessary because Joshua resolved the problem! I hope that in the future, I have the pleasure of Joshua returning to my home for future service on my HVAC system. Joshua is a credit to Laury Heating!!

1) Your technicians do a great job whenever they are here. I have used Laury for over 25 years. The issue is scheduling department.. I had a yearly heater checkup scheduled 6 weeks prior, had a heater issue on a Sunday which was fixed but needed a part ordered. Part was going to be installed at the same time heater check up and the scheduling department called and said the part would be installed the following day but they had no idea about the furnace checkup..so I said they can come when they install the part…well, the technician showed up anyway to do the check up which he didn’t know was switched to the following day.2) Also, if a company advertises they have emergency service, it should be 24 hrs and not just between certain times.

Laury Heating's Stan S. did a fine job of getting our WaterFurnace heating/cooling system ready for the cold winter! In addition to the normal winter season maintenance he found and replaced an aging capacitor in our 15 year old geothermal heat pump and also did some testing on the air handler up in our attic (and gave good advice about when to replace the filter!). We've been using Laury for about a year and a half, had a good experience with them. Good geothermal ground sourced heat pump service is hard to find. We will definitely keep using them in the future.

I was very pleased with the service on my heating system. The excellent technician, Joshua, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions. He was extremely helpful in addressing the problem I was having with the remote that operates my ductless split system. I was impressed that he took time to contact one of the technicians in order to get suggestions as to how to get the remote to work correctly. Joshua was friendly, professional, thorough in his work and was determined to solve the problem with the remote. He even indicated that he would be putting in a work order so that another technician, Tyler, could stop by to work with the remote. However, upon follow-up call to me from Laury, it was not necessary because Joshua resolved the problem! I hope that in the future, I have the pleasure of Joshua returning to my home for future service on my HVAC system. Joshua is a credit to Laury Heating!!
