Laury Connect is optional and is not included in the Laury Membership’s base monthly price.
Your two HVAC visits allow your heating and cooling equipment to be serviced at appropriate times of the year. A Laury technician will inspect and test the covered equipment, perform applicable maintenance and explain any concerns discovered during the visit.

Your annual plumbing visit includes an inspection of the covered plumbing system and maintenance for a covered gas or electric water heater. If we find a problem, we will explain it and discuss your options before completing additional work.

When you sign up for a Filter Subscription, you can choose your filter and set a delivery schedule that fits your home. Filters can be delivered every month or up to every 12 months.
