I had a great experience with Laury Heating Cooling and Plumbing today. My heater blower motor seized on Super Bowl Sunday. I called and got a return call on Monday at 8am stating they were sending a technician out to check the heater. The technician diagnosis the issue and gave me a few options. Replace the blower motor or heater. The heater was 10 years old. I went with a new heater. They sent out 2 technicians/installers with a new heater within hours of the first technician diagnosing the problem. The install took a few hours. George and Hugo did a great job with installation and you would never know they were there when they finish the instatllation. Everything was cleaned and vacuumed. They put heavy duty cloth tarps down prior to their work. The heater works a lot better than the one I had. Dave and his staff were great to work with.

They are not the cheapest company, but neither do they try to claim that repairs are needed which was a problem that I was having with another company. I've used other Heating and Air companies that charged out the wazoo. Lauryn H&A , i absolutely love. Tyler was awesome, very polite and very efficient. My husband is on hospice and this company worked with me to get our heat fixed asap. Even their fees were much lower than previous used services. I won't use anyone else for my Heating and Air services. This is the kind of customer service i rarely get in New Jersey. 1) Your technicians do a great job whenever they are here. I have used Laury for over 25 years. The issue is scheduling department.. I had a yearly heater checkup scheduled 6 weeks prior, had a heater issue on a Sunday which was fixed but needed a part ordered. Part was going to be installed at the same time heater check up and the scheduling department called and said the part would be installed the following day but they had no idea about the furnace checkup..so I said they can come when they install the part…well, the technician showed up anyway to do the check up which he didn’t know was switched to the following day.2) Also, if a company advertises they have emergency service, it should be 24 hrs and not just between certain times.

Laury Heating's Stan S. did a fine job of getting our WaterFurnace heating/cooling system ready for the cold winter! In addition to the normal winter season maintenance he found and replaced an aging capacitor in our 15 year old geothermal heat pump and also did some testing on the air handler up in our attic (and gave good advice about when to replace the filter!). We've been using Laury for about a year and a half, had a good experience with them. Good geothermal ground sourced heat pump service is hard to find. We will definitely keep using them in the future.

He was extremely helpful in addressing the problem I was having with the remote that operates my ductless split system. I was impressed that he took time to contact one of the technicians in order to get suggestions as to how to get the remote to work correctly. Joshua was friendly, professional, thorough in his work and was determined to solve the problem with the remote. He even indicated that he would be putting in a work order so that another technician, Tyler, could stop by to work with the remote. However, upon follow-up call to me from Laury, it was not necessary because Joshua resolved the problem! I hope that in the future, I have the pleasure of Joshua returning to my home for future service on my HVAC system. Joshua is a credit to Laury Heating!!
