Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing is a local, family-run business in Vineland, New Jersey, founded by brothers Charles and Paul Laury in 1945. Their approach was simple but powerful: put the customer first, focus on value over price, and work hard every single day. These principles guided every job they took on—and they still shape how we operate today.
From the start, Charles and Paul were committed to helping local families stay comfortable with the best technology available. When air conditioning was still a luxury, they were among the first in the area to offer it—starting in 1954. That forward-thinking mindset helped Laury grow steadily and earn the trust of communities throughout South Jersey.
As the company grew, so did the family legacy. Leadership passed from Charles and Paul to G. Benjamin Laury and Harry Josephsen, then later to Ted J. Laury, Benjamin Laury, and John Bucolo. In 1990, we added geothermal services, and in 2002, we expanded into full-service plumbing—broadening our ability to serve homeowners and businesses across South Jersey.
Now into our fourth generation of leadership, the Laury family remains actively involved, with Ted’s son David Laury and daughter Kasie Harris helping to lead the company into the future. While our tools and technologies have evolved, our mission remains the same: deliver high-quality, reliable service rooted in integrity, family values, and real expertise.
We’ve completed thousands of HVAC and plumbing projects throughout South Jersey—each one with the same attention to detail and customer care that’s been part of our DNA since 1945.
