A homeowner on Wheelwright Lane in Cherry Hill Township asked us to evaluate a 19-year-old natural gas heating and cooling system. The home also had a 12-year-old gas water heater. After reviewing the age and condition of the equipment, the homeowner decided to replace the HVAC system and water heater together.

Our team removed the old furnace, air conditioner, evaporator coil and water heater. We installed a Carrier 59TP7 two-stage gas furnace, a Carrier 26SCA5 central air conditioner and a matching evaporator coil. We also installed a Bradford White RG250T6N gas water heater.

The existing refrigerant line set was cleaned and reused. We replaced the return drop and added a fan-powered humidifier and Trion Air Bear media filter. The completed system provides new heating, cooling, hot water, air filtration and humidity control for the home.
In September 2026, a homeowner on Virginia Avenue in Cherry Hill Township replaced an older heating system, air conditioner and gas water heater. The equipment was located in a compact laundry and mechanical area that also needed flooring repairs.
Our team first removed the old equipment. We corrected the water piping and valves and measured the space for a new return box. This allowed the flooring work to be completed before we returned for the installation.

On September 11, we installed a Lennox ML196E high-efficiency gas furnace, a Lennox ML14KC1 air conditioner and a matching Lennox evaporator coil. We also installed a Bradford White RG1PV40S6N19 power-vent gas water heater.

The existing refrigerant line set was cleaned and reused. We installed a new return box designed for a one-inch air filter, an emergency drain pan, a condenser pad and a service disconnect. The completed project provided the home with new heating, cooling and hot water equipment while preserving space for the washer and dryer.
