An older furnace, an added room, or changes to existing ductwork can affect how your home heats and cools. We assess the equipment and the systems connected to it. This helps us identify what needs repair and what may need to change during a replacement.
Laury Heating also operates an in-house duct fabrication shop. We can build custom duct connections to fit your equipment and available space. When planning an installation, we evaluate related needs such as venting, drainage, and electrical connections.
July 2026 — June Ann Drive
A homeowner on June Ann Drive chose to replace a heating and cooling system that was more than 15 years old. The equipment still worked, allowing the homeowner to plan the replacement before a breakdown.
Our team installed a Carrier Performance 97 gas furnace, model 59TP7A060V1716, in the basement. We paired it with a Carrier 26SCA5 air conditioner and CVAVA evaporator coil. The installation included fitted duct connections and condensate drainage. We retained the existing humidifier.

The furnace offers up to 97% AFUE efficiency. Its two-stage heating allows lower output during milder weather. A variable-speed blower supports quieter operation and more consistent temperatures.

The project also included a Bradford White power-vent gas water heater, updating the home’s heating, cooling, and hot water equipment together.

After the installation, Maria Hoffman posted this review on google.
“Had my HVAC and hot water tank replaced. From the beginning, with the estimate with Larry till the completion, everything was professionally handled. Great communication, neat, polite and informative. Explained every step and always asked me if I had any questions or concerns.”
November 25, 2025 — North Delsea Drive
A homeowner on North Delsea Drive called when their 1997 Crown boiler stopped working. Our technician found the inducer motor humming. Replacing its capacitor did not restore operation. We provided a repair estimate for a new inducer assembly and arranged a free replacement quote. The homeowner chose replacement.
We installed a Weil-McLain CGi-3 natural gas boiler in the home’s exterior utility closet. This cast-iron boiler has a 58,000 BTU-per-hour input and 84% AFUE rating. Its compact design helps preserve space in the tight installation area.

The work also included two new Taco zone valves, new shutoff valves for both heating zones, and a second-floor expansion joint. The zone valves control hot-water flow to each heating zone. The shutoff valves allow sections of piping to be isolated for future service.
October 13, 2025 — West High Street
Our technician visited a Clayton home on West High Street after water began leaking from an older boiler. The relief valve was leaking, and the expansion tank was rusted and full. The technician returned with the required parts and replaced the relief valve, expansion tank, and fast-fill backflow preventer. They bled the air from the boiler and tested its operation. The boiler heated correctly and maintained proper pressure.
December 10, 2025 — Heritage Court
Our technician visited a home on Heritage Court after the humidifier began making a loud noise. They started the furnace and humidifier to reproduce the problem. After removing the cover, the technician found that the feed hose was installed backward and had become kinked. They repositioned the hose, corrected the humidifier pad, and installed a new pad. The technician tested the system again, and the noise was gone.
November 7, 2025 — Aura Road
Our technician responded to a homeowner on Aura Road where the furnace fan would not stop running. They inspected the furnace and checked the Ecobee thermostat settings. The thermostat had been programmed to run the fan for 15 minutes every hour. The technician turned off the fan schedule and tested the heating system. The blower then started and stopped normally with each heating cycle.
January 12, 2026 — June Ann Drive
Our technician inspected a furnace on June Ann Drive that was entering high fire too quickly during the morning warm-up. The thermostat was programmed to raise the temperature from 65 to 70 degrees at one time. The technician corrected the gas pressure and fan speeds. They also adjusted the schedule so the temperature increased gradually between 5:30 and 6:45 a.m. The furnace then warmed the home more gradually without immediately entering high fire.
November 3, 2025 — Madison Avenue
Our technician completed a gas heating tune-up at a home on Madison Avenue in Clayton. They cleared the drain and checked the inducer motor, electrical components, gas pressure, igniter, and system operation. The technician also inspected the gas connections for leaks. No safety or performance problems were found. The heating system was operating correctly when the service was completed.
