Our plumbers completed the following projects at homes throughout Vineland. These examples show some of the water heater, drain, pipe, fixture, and sump pump problems we handle.
June 2026 | George Lane | Vineland, NJ
The homeowner called because their water heater was not providing reliable hot water.
We inspected the system and found that the problem was coming from the water heater rather than one plumbing fixture. We completed the necessary service and restored the home’s hot water.
When every faucet has the same problem, the water heater is usually the source. A problem at only one faucet may be limited to that fixture.
September 2026 | Magnolia Road | Vineland, NJ
The homeowner noticed water leaking from the bottom of a gas water heater. Rust was also forming around the lower section.
After inspecting the unit, we found signs that the tank was deteriorating. We completed the approved water heater work and corrected the leak.
Rust and water near the bottom of a tank should not be ignored. The leak can grow and damage the surrounding floor.
April 2026 | Mayfair Court | Vineland, NJ
The homeowner called because a drainpipe was leaking in the basement of their 55-year-old home.
We inspected the drainage system and found the leaking section of pipe. We repaired the affected area and checked the nearby connections for additional problems.
Older drainpipes can develop corrosion, cracks, and leaking joints. Water stains or sewer odors may be early signs of a drainpipe problem.
February 2026 | New Pair Street | Vineland, NJ
The homeowner reported that water was backing up through the basement washing machine drain. The backup happened when they flushed a toilet, washed dishes, or ran laundry.
We found that the problem was in a shared drain line rather than the washing machine alone. We corrected the blockage and tested the affected drains.
When several fixtures cause the same backup, stop using water. Continued use can push more wastewater onto the floor.
May 2026 | Doral Street | Vineland, NJ
A small pipe outside the home had been leaking for about two days. The water was leaving brown stains on the exterior.
First, we traced the pipe to determine which system it served. We then located the source of the leak and completed the necessary repair.
Do not cap an unidentified exterior pipe. It may serve as a drain or discharge line for plumbing or HVAC equipment.
February 2026 | East Garden Road | Vineland, NJ
Frozen pipes beneath a manufactured home caused the homeowner to lose running water. The plumbing relied on heat tape for freeze protection.
We found a frozen water line and a problem with the existing freeze protection. We safely restored water service and corrected the heat-tape issue.
Never use a torch to thaw plumbing. A frozen pipe may already be damaged and can begin leaking as it warms.
May 2026 | East Butler Avenue | Vineland, NJ
A homeowner needed a proper drain line for a basement washing machine. The home was approximately 90 years old. We connected the laundry drain to the main drainage system and tested the completed work.
Washing machines release water quickly. An undersized or poorly connected drain can overflow. The standpipe, trap, vent, and main drain connection must be properly installed.
March 2026 | Cocahoe Road | Vineland, NJ
A homeowner needed a toilet replaced and a broken pipe repaired between the crawlspace and bathroom. The home was more than 40 years old. We addressed both problems during the plumbing service.
A toilet leak is not always caused by the toilet. The flange, drainpipe, supply line, or surrounding connections may also be damaged. A moving toilet or soft bathroom floor should be inspected promptly.
July 2026 | South Lincoln Avenue | Vineland, NJ
A homeowner contacted us because their basement sump pump needed repair or replacement. We inspected the system and completed the required service.
A sump pump should start automatically when water enters the pit. It should also discharge water away from the foundation. Test the pump before major storms and check the discharge line for obstructions.
No hot water? A leaking tank? We repair and replace gas and electric tank water heaters and tankless water heaters. If your system leaks, stops heating, or runs out of hot water, we are here to help.
For a replacement, we help you choose the type and size based on your household’s hot water use, fuel source, and installation requirements.
